Refund policy

We want you in a frame you actually love. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

• Free first frame swap. Frame not quite right? Your first exchange is on us.
• Items should come back in original condition with the case and cloth.
• Email us to start a return; we'll send instructions and a prepaid label for swaps and fit issues.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.
